Shipping policy

When you place an order, we will process it in the order in which it was received. Shipments are based on the expected shipping day, but during peak shopping periods, shipments may sometimes be delayed by 1-4 working days. If your order is out of stock or completely out of stock, a customer service representative will contact you and refund immediately.

All orders are accompanied by a tracking number. Once the order is processed, this information will be sent directly to you via email. For some larger orders for different products, you may need to purchase from multiple suppliers, so you may receive multiple batches of order tracking numbers and different packages. For some special large orders, insurance and signatures will be required to deliver the items. Depending on your shipping location, we will use the post office, Black Cat TA-Q-BIN or other courier.

Yi Si Wu Zero Shopping Network will charge customers all fees related to the wrong address provided. If the apartment/suite number is not included, or the postal code provided is wrong, and it needs to be re-sent, a re-sending fee equal to the original shipping fee will be charged. If it is due to a wrong address, all returned packages will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
