Storage Instructions:
Refrigeration will not ripen the pomelos. Store them at room temperature (below 30°C) in a well-ventilated, shaded area to naturally dehydrate. Once the skin becomes slightly wrinkled and shifts from green to yellow, the pomelos will reach their peak sweetness and flavor.
